Welcome Folkestone Methodist Church

Welcome to the website for Folkestone Methodist Church. We are situated in a town centre location on Sandgate Road, Folkestone, right on the edge of the shopping area and opposite the Christ Church memorial garden and clock tower. We offer a traditional warm Methodist welcome to all friends and visitors.

We are a part of the new South Kent Circuit of the Methodist Church, which formed in September 2011 when the former Folkestone and Ashford circuits joined forces to work together in unity. This new circuit covers from Folkestone across to Headcorn & Tenterden, and down across the Romney Marsh.

Our minister the Revd Sam. Funnell joined us in September, having been in Medway previously; as well as being the pastoral and spiritual leader for our individual Church, she is the Superintendent minister in overall charge of the Circuit. She can be contacted on 01303 240228 for any ministerial queries, though we ask any general enquiries are addressed to the Church office on 01303 252542. Please note her day off is a Tuesday and we ask that this day is respected.
