Methodist Church Lettings

We have four rooms that are available to let to external groups and organisations: -

• The Grace Hill Room is our largest room/hall, and can accommodate up to 30 people; if used for seated lectures or similar activities then it is possible that more people can be accommodated. It is also ideal for use for children's parties.
• The Sandgate Room can accommodate up to 20 people and is suitable for meetings, discussion groups etc.
• The Canterbury Room contains low height 'easy' chairs; it can accommodate up to 15 people and is suitable for informal meetings, discussion groups etc. It also has a hatch through to our kitchen, so is very convenient for refreshments.
• The Wesley Room is an external room, accessed to the rear of the Church premises. This can accommodate up to 20 people, and is suitable especially for educational groups.

Fold-up tables (of two different lengths) are stored within a cupboard in the Grace Hill room and may be used as required. Chairs are provided within each room.

We regret that only the Grace Hill room can be accessed by wheel chair users.

We have a kitchen available which contains two ovens/hobs, a 'hot-plate' serving unit, 20-litre urn, kettles and a full compliment of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Use of the kitchen is available for an additional small charge to the basic letting fees for individual rooms.
